This is a key marketing role focused on the development and ongoing improvement of the Claranet Website (www.clara.net). This website is the most important public source of information about the company and therefore needs to differentiate Claranet from its competition by clearly articulating the value that our services deliver for customers. The website must directly support the business priorities that have been outlined by the Senior Management Team in order to grow profitable business.

Position Summary

• To assist in the implementation of key projects across the Claranet Group.
• To work with the Business Change, Solution Architects and Process Owners to drive the group wide business transformation programme (Project Alchemy).
• To become a key process champion in a chosen business process discipline.

• To drive transitional support from the implementation partner into the Information Systems team, to handle first line support calls from all countries.

Our Marketing Department currently has vacant internships, suitable for individuals who are looking to learn and develop into a Marketing career. You will be learning about all aspects of Marketing, including involvement with events and exhibitions, providing input into the design and drafting of marketing releases, telephone contact and other general duties. You will have a pro-active and responsible attitude, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and a will to learn.
