In an effort to ensure that Claranet's 'Terms and Conditions' and 'Acceptable Use Policy' continue to compliment the services provided and provide reasonable protection to our Customers the documents have been fully revised. The new Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy are effective immediately and therefore apply to all new orders signed from 23/11/2007.
Existing contracts will remain under the Terms and Conditions in place at the date of signing. However Customer's will be given the option of moving to the new Terms and Conditions upon contract renewal. Any questions you may have in relation to this change will be happily answered by your Account Manager.
